Setting up a quota overlimit message

The quota overlimit message is displayed if you have enabled quota control logic. With quota control, you can set a limit on the number of responses you wish to accept for surveys. When the number of responses go above the prescribed limit, then the respondents are redirected to quota overlimit page where quota overlimit message is displayed.

SurveyAnalytics provides a default quota overlimit message which can be customized.

How do I edit the text for quota overlimit message?

To edit the text for quota overlimit message:

  • Go to: Login » Surveys (select a survey) » Edit » Finish Options.
  • Under quota overlimit message, enter the text in the given text area. HTML can be used in the message if desired.
  • Click on save changes.

Quota overlimit message will appear under finish options only when you have applied quota control logic in your survey.
