Automated FTP Upload
The Automated FTP Upload option allows you to receive periodic "data dumps" or reports that SurveyAnalytics generates for any of your surveys to be uploaded to an FTP Server of your choice. The FTP Upload works in conjunction with the Report/Data Scheduler.
What is FTP Host and FTP Location?
The FTP host is the domain or subdomain address of the FTP server.
Ex: questionpro.com
The Host location i.e. “Server Path” specifies the directory/folder on your server that will hold the files you upload. The “Web URL” is the web address you use to access the folder you specified in the FTP path.
Ex: https://www.questionpro.com/folder/default/ftp_folder
Please Note:- FTP Server should support Passive FTP Mode
- Firewall:
- Open Port 21
- Open Ports 1024-65534
In the Delivery Options select FTP Upload File as the Delivery Mode.

After creating the scheduler, you can click on the "Run Now" icon. The system will run the scheduler and attempt to FTP transfer the file immediately. You should see logs on FTP upload transcripts.
Yes. By default, the system will always email you the generated file. This is done for auditing purposes and cannot be disabled.
Go To: Login » Surveys » Integration » FTP
If file is uploaded successfully then you will see "True" message in Working directory change result as shown in below screenshot..
You can also check this on server as shown in below screenshot.
If file is not uploaded successfully then you will see "False" message in Working directory change result as shown in below screenshot..
